It seems that due to incompatible changes in gobject-introspection, building
with g-i >= 0.9.5, and with the Vala bindings enabled, won't work. Travis is
investigating what needs to change to fix this.

These configurations are thought to work:
* Any g-i version with the Vala bindings disabled, which is the default (but
  then you can't build libfolks)
* g-i 0.6.14 with Vala 0.9.8 (e.g. current Debian experimental)
* g-i 0.9.3 with Vala 0.9.8 (e.g. current Ubuntu maverick)

The next releases of g-i and Vala will hopefully also work with
the upcoming telepathy-glib 0.12.0, but you'll probably have to upgrade all
three.
