telepathy-qt4 is a Qt 4 C++ binding for the Telepathy real-time 
communication framework, which can be used to implement user interfaces,
loggers and other Telepathy components.

Enhancements:
 * fd.o#33121 - Bind Connection.ContactList.ContactsChangedWithID.

Fixes:
 * ContactManager will now create contact objects even if everything
   fails but we have the contact handle/id and the connection has
   ImmortalHandles.
 * Ensure FeatureRoster is ready before setting ContactManager state to
   success even in fallback mode.
