For debugging purposes I also added some messages. contact.get_presence_status() returns an empty string, although one contact is online. The API reference says: "This may be an empty string if this <a href="http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/doc/telepathy-glib/telepathy-glib-contact.html#TpContact">TpContact</a> object has not been set up to track <a href="http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/doc/telepathy-glib/telepathy-glib-contact.html#TP-CONTACT-FEATURE-PRESENCE:CAPS">TP_CONTACT_FEATURE_PRESENCE</a>.
