[Translation] Translating freedesktop.org to german

Hm, this list seems to be a little bit empty. But it shouldn't be
because fd.org is more and more becoming a really important player
regarding Desktop-Unix and not everyone is speaking english.

As my contribution to fd.o, i would offer to translate the website to
german, starting with the most important pages of course like mission
statement etc.

If somebody here who feels responsible for the website is interested,
just show me where to start.
