uim-snapshot doesn't work with prime_2004-12-13.scm.

Test it please:
# cp prime_2004-12-13.scm /usr/share/uim/prime.scm
# exit
$ uim-toolbar-gtk
Choose uim-prime
Type Hiragana
=> segfault

We need prime_2004-12-13.scm to use PRIME's new features.
prime_2004-12-13.scm works fine with uim-0.4.5-official.
