 No, key snooper is not to fix the problem for special latin characters.
Yusuke fixed the problem about spacial latin characters, but I forgot to
write this fix to changelog...
 Key snooper is to fix the problem the order of priority of key event.

 For example, if you use gnumeric with old uim, you cannot use return
key to commit preedit strings, but with new uim, you can use return key
to commit. But this fix is dirty hacking and we should fix Gtk+ itself.

 Hmm... I don't know existence such a bug. But fixing bug is good news
even we don't know about the bug :-)
