[Uim] Input modes in uim-anthy

The keybind to switch katakana mode and zenkaku roma-ji mode were
removed when I changed to windows-like keybind. You have to change input
mode from helper program now. (We need thinking up new key binds.)

I can use arrow keys, PageUp/Down keys for changing candidate selection.
I's tested with svn head (rev1021). What happen if you set a environment
variable LIBUIM_VANILLA to 1? (If you set this variable, uim doesn'r
read the config file.)
