No.  I've tested this with and without ~/.uim.  The problem is that 
~/.uim.d/customs/custom-skk.scm is not loaded by uim-pref-gtk for some 
reason after lazy-loading.

Good idea.  Without this, users who have been using ~/.uim may be 
confused about uim-pref.
