[Uim] What should be included in uim 0.4.8

>From 0.4.7 final, already we implemented some new features. I'm
thinking it's a good time to form a plan for 0.4.8.

Done already
============
 - Update prime.scm
 - uim-module-manager (test is need, though)
 - word removing feature in uim-skk

Should be done until 0.4.8

 - surrounding text support

If no replying until July 10, I'll plan the release date only with
these features. If you want to add another big feature until 0.4.8, you
should reply.
