[Uim] uim-readline, uim-pcre, uim-migemo

Do you know that these additional packages are available on uim?

Today, I want to introduce these three softwares.

* uim-readline

If you install uim-readline and write (load-plugin "readline") in
$HOME/.uim, you can use readline library on uim-sh.

This would be very useful for intractive debugging.

* uim-pcre

uim-pcre provides wrapper for PCRE(Perl Compatible Regular Expression).
This may be useful for input method developers.

* uim-migemo

uim-migemo make available migemo on uim. Migemo is a software for
incremantal search with roma-ji. If you want to know more about migemo,
please see following URL, though it's written in Japanese...
