It's enough for now with following trivial change.

> 6. Increment the version in configure.ac, then commit it.

Increment the version number in configure.ac and
Project-Id-Version in po/*.po, then commit it.


Although we should probably revise it about release-branch or
stable-branch once the big change has been merged into the trunk
from the composer branch, it's a future issue.
