Useful. Thank you for the improvement. I would like to make the
feature standard for all environments at now.

To avoid some problems in the toolbar-centric approach
(described below), I prefer action-based one. Please see
im-switcher.scm and let me know how do you think about it.

- It requires re-implementation for each toolbar impl (such as
  Qt version)
- The helper message 'im_list' lacks user friendly im-label-name
- And revising the message format costs us considerable bothering

Related to the IM switcing, I want to revise
prop_{label,list}_update messages to add indication-id (roughly
equals to icon name) to support icons for all action-items. Are
you interested in it?
