[Uim] Does uim-fep work for debian?

Hi dai,

     Does uim-fep work for debian?

     I want to find one input method program for hurd unicode console for
inputting CJK.

     it is not work for hurd, and I will port it if needed.

     but the problem is it even not work for debian 7,  have it ever work
for debian? Or just because my debian was misconfigured?
