When trying to build weston and its clients from the tarball it fails with:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `screenshooter-client-protocol.h'

This happens for both 1.0.1 and 1.0.2. I guess for 1.0 it's the same but I
didn't try.

After some digging, I found that if I build from git, the Makefile in clients
has a rule for %-client-protocol.h, which is not present in the tarball's
Makefile. Also, all the other *-client-protocol.h headers are distributed in
the tarball, so either one thing or the other should be fixed, I guess.
