<pre>short answer: we can make it whatever we want. on the mac it seems to be just a
shortcut to button 1 drags. a compositor integration would enable us to be more
context-specific here, e.g. make a three finger drag a "move window" drag.
wehther we want that is another question, so I pretty much defer to you. we can
implement either in libinput.</pre>
