<pre>Watching a colleague request clickfinger method and him clicking the first
time, the fingers of his right hand were in almost 45 degree angle, further
apart than the current clickfinger distance rectangle allows.
We should increase the size of that rectangle, especially on larger touchpads.
Potential solution to accidental thumb presses is to have an exclusion zone at
the bottom of the touchpad, i.e. a finger in that zone doesn't count towards
clickfinger.</pre>
