Yes, those can set prgname, though it wouldn't matter for GTK+ apps under GNOME
(because _GTK_APPLICATION_ID/gtk_surface.application_id already matches the
.desktop file in that case).

The gedit case doesn't really matter (see above), and gnome-terminal is fine -
the capitalization difference is covered by our heuristics.</pre>
