<pre>not all trackpoints are the same, so it's hard to get a one size fits all. the
trackpoint on my lenovo t440 here has a [-30,30] range for example and dropping
pointer acceleration (i.e. constant factor 1) is weird at first but still works
ok.
and yes, you're correct, the speed_in value has changed. if you change the
dpi_factor in filter.c:accelerator_filter() to 1, you should get the original
behaviour again</pre>
