<pre>i, İ, ı and I are all typed without the aid of deadkeys. There is a
dead_abovedot which can be used. ü, ö, ş, ç, and ğ also don't need deadkeys.
So:
- we should have the sample clients support deadkeys/composition I suppose,
but that is a separate enhancement bug
- Weston is fine, as it supports the full range of input it can once
correctly configured
- if GNOME has an issue, please file it at <a href="https://bugzilla.gnome.org">https://bugzilla.gnome.org</a>
- nothing more for us to do on this bug
