<pre>Sorry, after trying to reproduce this issue and thinking about it:
I don't want to trackpad to do drag events. I want dragging only to work with
the Trackpoint, not the trackpad. Since with the trackpad I mistakenly make
poor selections and drags.
I just want to use the trackpad to move and scroll. But when a click modifier
is made, I don't want the trackpad to be used for the fear of it messing up my
selection by being too sensitive.</pre>
