[RFC] compositor: remove OpenWFD backend

This backend has not seen even build testing for months, presumably does
not even compile, and is starting to hinder development a little.

Hi,

does anyone care enough about this backend to step up and make sure it
works, and fix what is needed?

I am asking, because I am working on evdev input for the Android
backend, and need to separate the udev stuff away from evdev.c.
The current proposition is to move that code into compositor-drm.c,
and that would certainly break the openwfd backend.
