not completely booting to the desktop without a screen connected?

Hi,

I have inputs attached.
A keyboard is attached to the usb connector.
there is just no screen connected to the graphics card.


the desktop is used using speech.
the orca screen reader for gnome is active and will be used to tell the 
user whats on the desktop.
