I think the crash is caused by weston.ini missing layout tag.<div>Attach file is a workable weston.ini of my own and you could substitute correct icon path.</div><div><br></div><div>I will send a patch and default has one layout.</div>

</div>While I'm not so sure about adding this to desktop-shell, adding it to<br>
tablet-shell is a good idea and will make that a better example of how<br>
that kind of shell could work.  However when I try to run this,<br>
tablet-shell just crashes for me.  Is there something in weston.ini I<br>
need to set up?  Can we make it so that we have a reasonable default<br>
for that so it's not necessary?<br>
