xfs update missing?

There is no xfs module in the current (7.4) release directories.
I _presume_ (although I could not find that documented anywhere!)
that one is supposed to get the module from the next older
release in such a case (and if it does not exist in that release,
then in the next but one older, and so on). However, the next
older release, i.e., 7.3, offers the outdated version 1.0.4,
which even contains security flaws.
What is the best way to get a _complete_ set of all released
modules in their _latest_ version? Even after some days of
digging around, I am still confused by the directory structure
found on the FTP server. Thank you for a clarification!
Lasse
