[Xcb] XCB-PROTO

I just downloaded XCB-PROTO from CVS

i get this error:

Alternatively you may set the XPROTO_CFLAGS and XPROTO_LIBS environment 
variables
to avoid the need to call pkg-config.  See the pkg-config man page for
more details.
