[Xcb] xprint

Jeremy, we'll gladly take whatever you do.  My personal
opinion is that Xprint is a bad thing---CUPS is better in
every way that I am aware of.  But we do want to support
anything people care about in XCB, and many apps do want
to support Xprint.
