[Xcb] renaming the XCBConnSetup* mess

As I've mentioned in bug #6757, Josh and I would like to rename the
XCBConnSetup* types and functions. We think that replacing
XCBConnSetupSuccessRepRootsIter with XCBSetupRootsIter, for example, is
much clearer and easier.
