[Xcb] xcb-util compiling problem

However, I forgot to do make clean, and made changes to the xcb-util/ 
atom source files instead of the .m4 files. I've pushed the m4 changes.

Also, should the xcb-util headers now also be installed in "xcb"  
instead of "X11/XCB"? I notice they are still installed there.
