[Xcb] Win32 patches for xcb 1.2

i don't like Windows too, but as I'm also porting libraries to that 
platform...

What I would like to see:

1) installation of the X server
2) installation of xcb (with visual studio ? MSYS /MinGW ?)
3) basic application to test

that is, everything to get XCB working. You can first just write a simple 
html file that eveybody can look at easily.
