[Xcb] why X_PROTOCOL_REVISION is defined as 0

Hi,

As indicate from www.x.org, the current release is X11R7.5, does this imply the protocol is version 11 with revision 7.5?  If so, should X_PROTOCOL_REVISION be reflecting this?  Or am I missing something.
