[Xcb] Split up of xcb/util repository finally pushed

A couple of general questions regarding the XCB project:

My sources tell me the project is now officially under the X.Org
project.
The only evidence of that is the release of xcb lib and proto tarballs
on the X.Org web site.

Would this merge with xorg include all xcb repos or just those two.
