The xcb list is not - these are X.Org man pages, for which you have write
access to the git repo at ssh://git.freedesktop.org/git/xorg/lib/libX11
to fix them.

That's left over from the old index generation support in the Imakefiles in
the X11R6.* tree, which hasn't been used since we converted to building with
the GNU autotools at X11R7.0, but the macros for it never got removed from
the man pages.  There's no reason I can see to keep them any more, so they
might as well be removed now.

The macros & scripts to extract the indexes were dangling in our tree unused
for a few years, but they got deleted in 2010 as well as we converted the X
specs from troff to docbook:
