[Xcb] Proposed some XCB related projects for the Outreach Program for Women

Hi everyone,

I have proposed two XCB-related projects for the Outreach Program for Women.
See http://www.x.org/wiki/XorgOPW/ for details.

These are:
* Review and fix/finish XCB protocol descriptions
* Server-side XCB

So we have some chance of getting significant contributions for XCB due to that,
especially since there are no proposals from other X.Org projects yet.

If you have other project proposals feel free to send them to Peter.
