The debian packaging is maintained at

However for historical reasons the listed maintainer for the debian xcb
packages is xcb at lists.freedesktop.org (initially Jamey and Josh were
both upstream and debian maintainers).  It might be time to revisit that
and switch the maintainer address so we stop polluting the upstream list
with debian bug reports.
