[Xcb] [PATCH v2] expose 64-bit sequence numbers for XLib

Hi Olivier,

In the XCB project, the usual procedure is to wait for 1-2 weeks for further
reviews. If no objections are posted in that period after posting a (revised) patch,
then it will be pushed.

If nobody else pushes it until next weekend, I'll probably do that after doing a final test and review.
(I hope to have time for XCB next weekend)
