[Xcb] [PATCH proto 0/5] alignment checking / manual offsets

This patch series provides an automatic alignment checker
and provides the possibility to manually specifiy start-aligns
and offsets.

This alignment verifier is a prerequisite for getting
rid of implicit alignment altogether.
(This will then simplify the generated code and make it faster.)

It is also needed to a fix a bug with alignment offsets.
