[Xcb] xcb-proto minor release without breaking changes?

Hey,

Given that we haven’t had a new release of xcb-proto since my patch¹ was
pushed on 2015-08-04, and it looks like a new release is still a while away
(based on discussions with Christian Linhart), what do you think about
doing a xcb-proto minor release that contains only the RandR 1.5 changes
and possibly other non-breaking fixes?
