Proposed Browser Bookmark Sharing Standard.

Afaik, there is already a de facto standard for bookmarks imo:
XBEL (http://grail.sourceforge.net/info/xbel.html) which is used by
galeon, epiphany and konqueror (I'm not 100% sure about the 2 last ones)
