[MonoDevelop] C# source files mime-type with gnome 2.6

Well, my vote goes to the text/x-csharp. C and C++ have special mime-
types that end with "src" because they also have header files. C#, like
Java doesn't have any header files, so "text/x-csharp" is sufficient.
