Desktop Menu specification

Hello,
I'm doing some C++ classes to implement Freedesktop.org standards in my
project (SPAM: http://www.mockup.org).

I was looking the Desktop Menu specification and I would ask if someone
can add "BeFree" in Categories, OnlyShowIn and NotShowIn.
BeFree is the code name for Mockup's desktop environment.
