An addition to the clipboard specification

Lets make a list about toolkit default behavior (to start with):


 Selection cleared by default when new PRIMARY is set:

  - GTK+
  - Xt ( XAW and MOTIF )


 Selection _NOT_ cleared by default when new PRIMARY is set:

  - QT
  - MS Windows default toolkit
  - XUL ( Firefox with GTK+ doesn't so it is a XUL feature, right? )


What about others? Mac OS X? QNX? Open Office? Java?
