Announce: xkeyboard-config 0.8

After a couple of months of development, new release of xkeyboard-config is out.

Some number of fixes, updates, new layouts (mostly African/Asian),
new/updated translations.

Huge amount of info from Sun Microsystems is committed - but it would
be nice it some dedicated person from the company would have time to
maintain it (I would even try to find some time to help).

So, the files are available from freedesktop:

In CVS, the tag is v_0_8.
