Standardized keyboard shortcut to paste PRIMARY?

Ok, I was wrong.

Qt/KDE applications only set PRIMARY to the visible selection if the 
selection happens in response to mouse dragging. Maybe it's because I'm 
used to it, but it makes more sense to me than selection with Shift+Arrow 
keys (or worse, tabbing).
