Icon naming spec: proposing dialog-success

Hi,

Hope this is the correct place to suggest an additional icon for the
Icon Naming Specification.

There is often a need to provide positive feedback to the user.

Examples include:

* confirming that a request has been completed successfully
* indicating that a document validates to a schema

For such, it would be useful to have an icon in the standard.
I'm suggesting an addition to the 'Standard Status Icons' of

dialog-success	The icon used to indicate a successful outcome to the user.

An implementation of such an icon might typically be a circle containing a
tick.
