Sure I totally agree. This is some cool stuff that's already been
working since g-p-m 2.16.x, but I don't really want to cloud the
discussion with too much detail at this stage. I really want to get
the basic stuff agreed on, and then we can start arguing about the
names and semantics of org.freedesktop.Powermanagement.Inihibit.*.
