User bus?

That's kinda the point of --exit-with-session.  It starts a little 
'watchdog' X client.  When the watchdog sees that X dies, it kills the 
dbus daemon.

Sure... but I imagine that's quite a large change, and it's a bit late 
in the game to do it overnight.
