Application does not need to call XGrabKey() to get events.

There should be a way to solve conflicts, when two applications want the
use the same key for completely different purpose. WM x App conflict may
even look as an feature lack, if an important feature is assigned to
buttons grabbed by WM. It happens e. g. with GIMP in some WMs.

Not only hotkeys, but also Modifier + Mouse Click/DnD need conflict
management.
