Don't know about ubuntu specifically, on Mandriva Linux I get,
$ locate xcb_keysyms.h
$ rpm -qf /usr/include/xcb/xcb_keysyms.h
Note that you would need to do, #include <xcb/xcb_keysyms.h>
unless you used a -I/usr/include/xcb (or libtool gave you one).
