Hi

This diff adjusts the definitions of the "Graphics", "VectorGraphics",
"RasterGraphics", and "3DGraphics" categories in the Desktop Menu
Specification.

The new definitions clarify that the categories are for applications
that view, create, or process graphics -- not for any application that
happens to use graphics at all.

The old definitions have caused confusion for the maintainers of some
games, for example, who have categorized their games under 3DGraphics.

If I need to do anything special to get this patch applied, please let
me know what it is.

Thanks
