Hi, the subject line says it all: I wonder, why exactly and what for XSETTINGS is needed? I understand that it's a very good idea to have a common way to manage UI settings, heck I'm promoting against toolkit propriatary dotfiles since years. But isn't that what Xresources/xrdb does? Just curious Wolfgang
